Documents Requirement :

• Clear colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with a minimum validity of six months.
• Hotel Confirmation as per the travel date
• Confirmed Return Air ticket
• Applicant Mobile number.
• Any of the following Identity Proof:- PAN Card or Voter ID
• Any of the following Current Address Proof:- Adhar Card or Last Month Electricity Bill

Important Note:
**Visa approval/rejection is the sole prerogative of the Government of Vietnam. MICEcafe shall not be liable for the rejection of a visa. Visa processing can be delayed in case additional documents are required.
**This is a Pre-approval registration and not an e-Visa. 
** There are 2 types of fees you need to pay to get a Vietnam visa including the service fee (paid online to MICEcafe) and Visa stamping fee (paid in cash at Vietnam airports)

Vietnam Visa Service fee (pay to MICEcafé)
Applicants have to pay us service fees in advance through one of our payment options to obtain the visa approval letter/ visa code in the next 2 working days. However, they may also choose a Rush visa to speed up the process and get it done within 24 working hours (urgent) or 4 – 8 working hours (super urgent). Check out this table above.

Vietnam Visa Stamp fee (governmental official fee)
"You will pay this stamping fee at the Vietnam airport to get your passport stamped. Your approval letter will be considered to be legal evidence admitting your entry to Vietnam by Vietnam Immigration Department.

Note: The stamping fee is counted based on the number of times you travel to and fro Vietnam. It does not count to the length of time you will stay in Vietnam ( 1 month/ 3 months)"

Processing Time (We process your application based on Vietnam local time: GMT+7)

Standard processing: the result will be sent back to you within 2 working days from the time we process your application
Urgent 8 working hours: plus INR 750 - If your online application is submitted before 08:00 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and is approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 06:00 pm on the same day.
Urgent 4 working hours: plus INR 1500 -
- Morning: If your online application is submitted before 08:00 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 2:30 pm on the same day.
- Afternoon: If your online application is submitted before 09:30 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 6:00 pm on the same day.

Working hours to apply visa are from 08:00 - 10:30 and 14:00 - 16:00 during the weekday from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays.

Before boarding the flight. Kindly prepare the following documents:
1. Original Passport (valid at least for 6 months beyond the date of arrival);

2. An entry/exit form (Contact us to get PDF file of this form) filled with your information

3. 02 passport size photos - (recently clicked photos in 04 x 06 cm size, with white background, front view, bare head, without sunglasses - one on the form and the other to be submitted separately).

4. Printed Visa Approval Letter with all pages of the Approval letter. (no color print required).

5. Online Fee paid through MICEcafe is for obtaining the Approval letter required before arriving in Vietnam.
